Good to know
- The $25 discount is for first-time Premier Firewood customers only: one per person, email address and household.
- The discount applies to Firewood for Warmth, on orders of $35 or more.
- You can't use your own referral link or code.
- If a referred order is cancelled or refunded, the reward is removed.
- Rewards can be used on Firewood for Warmth. Rewards never expire.

Where do I find my referral link?
Log in and go to My Account → Referrals. Your link appears there after your first order has been paid, together with share buttons for email, WhatsApp, Facebook and text message.
My friend forgot to use my link. Can they still get the discount?
Yes, as long as it's their first order. They can type your referral code into the "Have a Premier Firewood referral code?" box on the cart page before checking out.
When do I receive my reward?
As soon as your friend's first order is paid. We'll email you, and you can see your balance and history in My Account → Referrals.
How do I use my rewards?
Shop Firewood for Warmth while logged in. Your rewards come off at checkout automatically. If you'd rather save them for later, click "Save for later" in the referral box on the cart page.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No. You earn a reward for every new customer who orders with your link.
